Tennis Star Michele Tecchia
Michele Tecchia started his career in Southern California where he played for San Diego State. He was noticed by Claude Saint Martin, the world renowned trainer, and began training for what would turn out to be a stunning career. Before long he was playing in all of the national tournaments, and then two years after he started on the national circuit, began playing globally in places like Australia, France and London. Eventually he swept the ATP World Tour Masters tournaments—a first for a tennis player in the history of the sport.
Michele Tecchia is known for his wild antics on the court where between sets he can be found smoozing with the fans in a rather offbeat manner. He’s been seen striking poses for the crowd, as well as blowing kisses to the female fans. But don’t let his outgoing personality fool you—he’s tough on the court and has become a feared opponent to many. He is well known for his intense training periods that have helped him reach the level of playing that he is at now. He is married and he and his wife live in California, where they have a daughter and two sons.
